Revisions of the Face

The patient in the four pictures below had already had two procedures. The second was to eliminate the puffy swelling of the cheeks, with little worse on the right at the corner of the mouth . The after picture shows that it was possible to make it more smooth.

The second set of pictures shows a patient who had persistent cheek folds from the side of the nose to the mouth. And they could be  mostly eliminated.

Revisions of the Nose

The patient below had a previous open rhinoplasty which is not a good approach because it leaves a visible scar. The open approach to nose surgery is almost never necessary nor is that scar it leaves. Sometimes the scar heals poorly and is quite a visible problem which can be permanent. It is not a recommended approach  of an experienced surgeon who can get an even better result without that visible scar.

A part of the improvement in appearance of her whole face is that it is not as long as it was. The chin was made to project more forward and not extend down so far.
